Games room is next to pool area and bbq with full size pool table ,table football, table tennis, boardgames.
The farmhouse and cottage are set in their own walled grounds of 2 hectares with landscaped gardens and terraces and large private pool many shaded and sunny areas which are very private . kids shaded eating area next to seaview dining  area.
There are two BBQ and shaded al fresco eating areas. There are tables and chairs, sunbeds and patio furniture.
